Most of us don’t pay much attention to our ovens, they get pre-heated, we stick dinner in the oven then it gets switched off when the food is cooked and it’s left till the next time it’s used.
Take a few minutes to look at your oven, is the door seal well fitting? Is there a build-up of grease, splashes or discolouration on your oven door? Does the inside of the oven door feel sticky? Do the sides of the oven or oven shelves show signs of grease or carbon residue? Does your oven smoke or smell when it’s warm?
If you answer yes to one or more of these questions then it’s time to give us a call! Sometimes, even when the oven looks clean it can smell when it’s in use, this is a very common problem and something our technicians can easily rectify.
We strip out all interior oven parts including the fan blade. The blades of the fan attract carbon and grease and they cannot be cleaned unless the fan and its housing is removed.
Self-cleaning oven plates also might look clean but our experience shows once there removed its filthy behind them.
